Vision and Strategy

RTU means “Reach The Unreached.” This is exactly what we are called to do: to reach the unreached and the poorest of the poor in this world with the Gospel! At strategic points, we organize large evangelistic crusades and invite people from the surrounding villages to participate. After the Gospel Crusades our goal then is to care for these new believers by working with and encouraging local Pastors to establish new churches in these areas.

Equipping and Mobilizing the Local Churches

RTU-Mission invests in equipping and mobilizing the local churches for the ministry of evangelism. In addition to evangelistic crusades, there are leadership conferences for pastors and church members. The local Christians are motivated and launched into the ministry of evangelism so that they can win their nation for Jesus Christ.
 

Follow-Up

We work together with local churches and Bible schools. The Bible school students and churches are involved in the preoperational and post work of the crusades with the intention that new churches will be established in the villages.

To guarantee the follow up of the new believers, we have employed five Church planters, which help to start new churches after the Crusades with the local Pastors and Christians.
They coach the local leaders after the Crusade in church planting. With this Strategy we don’t leave the local pastors and churches alone, but help them efficiently to bring in this harvest of souls in the follow-up.

Higher Efficiency through Cooperation

We have found that a strong network with other evangelistic ministries is invaluable.
RTU-Mission is a member of the BFP (Federation of Pentecostal Free Churches, a registered public corporate body) and is also a member in the NGA (Next Generation Alliance), who are responsible for training, mobilizing, and equipping evangelists of the next generation.
Furthermore, RTU-Mission is a member of PEN (Proclamation Evangelism Network) who networks evangelistic ministries with each other, coordinating joint evangelistic crusades with different missions ministries. Other ministries in the PEN network are the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association.
