Dear Partners and Friends,

From our Crusade Director, we just received the news, that after the past two crusades in Pakistan we could start 17 new churches and further churches are being established, Hallelujah. What a wonderful fruit in the country with the second largest muslim country of the world.

And we are going again: From September 8th – 16th we will have our next crusade in Multan, Pakistan. And from October 7th – 15th we will have another crusade.

Let us stand together in prayer, shoulder to shoulder, that as many people as possible will get saved through the power of God. All things are possible through our Lord.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help, which makes these crusades in Pakistan possible, through which thousands of people are getting saved.

Dear Friends and Missionary Partners,

We can’t save people; only Jesus our Savior can!   But we can get connected in the saving work of the Holy Spirit so that He can use us right where we are.   Nothing attracts the Holy Spirit more than when we give Him room to work through us to impact others with the love of God.  It is at this moment when the power of God is unfolded and the Holy Spirit can begin working.  You can let the Holy Spirit work or not work – it is and will remain team work. 

When you reach for His hand, He is there to accomplish His mission:  To enable and equip you with power.  He will work with you hand in hand to impact those around you and reveal Jesus to them.  His presence will flow from you, His power will pour out, and He will give you the right impulses you need to make the right move.  Every impulse of the Holy Spirit requires a step of faith like Peter took when he heard the voice of the Lord and for the first time left the security of the boat and went out into the water:  He experienced that the Lord keeps His promises!  Take the risk of following the Holy Spirit and miracles will follow!

Crusade in Gujart, Pakistan

The media has reported in great detail the terror attacks, bomb attempts and the outbreak of violence during the parliamentary election in Pakistan.  Shortly before I boarded the plane to leave for our last crusade, I received a call from one of our staff.  He reported that another staff member was driving to the bank to exchange money when he instead had the impression to drive to another bank.  He did know why because the first bank normally had the best exchange rate, but he followed the impulse of the Holy Spirit and drove to the other bank.  At the very moment where he should have been at the first bank, two bombs exploded there and many people were killed.

When I arrived in Gujart, Pakistan, our organizer reported how a team from Youth with a Mission was on their way to visit a newly pioneered church which was started through our last crusade.  As they were waiting at a red light, the driver sensed that he should drive through the intersection.  He followed the voice of the Holy Spirit.  Soon after he drove on, a bomb exploded behind them.  The shock wave from the blast was so strong that their automobile accelerated foreward.

At this point I want to especially thank you for your prayers and intercession.  We continually experience God’s protection in Pakistan!
